Hey, those pancakes DO sound good! Squash is a handy food, lol. The pancakes

sound

easy too, lol. Right now I'm looking for quick and easy so I can spend my time

learning

how to make this kefir stuff, lol.

They are quick - I think it takes me 10 minutes from the time I crack the

eggs until I pour the last of the batter into the skillet for the last

pancake. Very easy and so versatile. I was going to try them with some

shredded chicken too and see how those go over.
