I have been taking a teaspoon of French Green Argilitz clay internally for around a year plus regular bentonite baths. No improvement. I have just increased that to 3 tablespoons of Argilitz clay daily. Can I increase it further? will I eventually get constipated? Is there a limit? Is this discussed anywhere on the web? According to www.mgwater.com most of us are magnesium deficient and one of the reasons for increasing my clay intake is to allow myself to take more magnesium supplements. I know there is mg in clay but I dont think its sufficient for my metabolic problem. Any thoughts gratefully recieved.
