I too have asthma, allergy problems. I have been on raw diet (animal products as

well)since May 04. Recently found a source of raw dairy.

I have a question. What kind of time frame for healing have you had? And also

have you had any detoxification (healing) episodes? Like viruses or illnesses,

etc.

Thanks , R. L. P.

Re: General Question for you folks, please.

After adding raw dairy to our diet, I got rid of my allergies and asthma, for

which I had been on steroids, inhalers, antihistamines, etc. for 9 years. My

son also had relief from his allergy symptoms. As far as the safety issues go,

check out the realmilk.com website and the WPF website for multiple

articles/info to refute the concerns.

Hi Rebekeh,

Welcome to the group! I am 30 and was diagnosed with RA in 1999 when I was

22. Fortunately, I do not have any other health problems, with the exception of

being seriously injured in a car accident last year. My RA affects all of the

joints on my left side, which is my dominant side. I consider myself very lucky

that I have 1 side I can depend on.

Having family that doesn't understand is typical. In fact, my friends are

more understanding than my family. When I was 1st diagnosed I lived with my

parents for 6 months. When Remicade started to work, I applied for jobs, took

one in DC and moved to Virginia. It really helped to start my life on my own

again (I went away to college and did well. I figured if I couldn't make it on

my own I could always go back to my parents'.

It is a hard road living with RA as a young adult. This group helped me

cope. I don't know what I would have done without it!

Take care,

Steph in VA

I have RA as well as many other health problems and am 24 years old.  My RA

affects all of my joints. It is so hard being in pain everyday, all day.

Expecially when the people around you don't understand. What do you do that

helps minimize the pain? Physical and emotional?
