Does anyone know which probiotic brand is best...I am looking at Primal Defense and Healthy Trinity and I just don't know what to look for. My daughter is laxative dependent. I am beginning to worry about her. She was in distress not too long ago and took something called " fleet " which is what people take to clean out their colon before a colonsopy. Nothing happen for 4 hours and then she vomited and nothing ever happened with her bowels. She is eating the commercial kefir and has been for about a week now, but has had to take another laxative cause the kefir is not yet working for her.
