Guest guest
OK, made these last week using the NT recipe on the Zarathustra's Bread page. Batter/dough was consistency of congealed oatmeal. Very sticky, but I did get it to spread out pretty good on the pans. Problem: recipe didn't say how long to bake at 150-degrees, so I left it in overnight, about 8 hours, like the bread recipes. Result: inedible wallboard. Didn't taste very good either. I can't imagine that letting it bake less time would have improved the flavor. Any helps or hints? LeeAnn
