How long does it last? I've had this jar in the cupboard for about

three months and it's only half-empty. The label says consume within

six to eight weeks once opened but it smells fine, looks fine. How

would I know if it's bad? My family really likes foods cooked in

this oil although it smells bad while cooking, tastes fine!
