Sprouted Grains Bread

I'm learning about this diet, so here's another question...

I have been very interested in sprouted grain breads, similar to Food

for Life brand, where they sprout the grains and then make bread

without flour added. So, is this compatible with Nourishing

Traditions?

On the hopeful chance that it is, has anyone made any? I had hoped

someday to make some of my own.

Ezelkiel 4:9 breads are made with: wheat, barley, beans, lentils,

millet, spelt

The Genesis 1:29 Sprouted Grain and Seed bread contains:

Organic Sprouted Wheat, Filtered Water, Malted Barley, Organic
