Guest guest
I'm learning about this diet, so here's another question... I have been very interested in sprouted grain breads, similar to Food for Life brand, where they sprout the grains and then make bread without flour added. So, is this compatible with Nourishing Traditions? On the hopeful chance that it is, has anyone made any? I had hoped someday to make some of my own. http://www.foodforlife.com/faq.asp Ezelkiel 4:9 breads are made with: wheat, barley, beans, lentils, millet, spelt The Genesis 1:29 Sprouted Grain and Seed bread contains: Organic Sprouted Wheat, Filtered Water, Malted Barley, Organic Pumpkin Seeds, Organic Sunflower Seeds, Organic Unhulled Sesame Seeds, Organic Unprocessed Wheat Bran, Organic Sprouted Spelt, Organic Sprouted Corn, Organic Sprouted Soybeans, Sprouted Chia Seeds, Organic Sprouted Barley, Organic Sprouted Millet, Organic Sprouted Rye, Organic Sprouted Brown Rice, Organic Sprouted Kamut, Variety grain & seed blend (Organic Sprouted Flax Seed, Organic Sprouted Sorghum, Organic Sprouted Quinoa, Sprouted Teff, Sprouted Amaranth), Wheat Gluten, Fresh Yeast, Sea Salt.
