Guest guest
This might not be for everyone, but some of you may find this interesting. And its is not about religeon, it is about mindulness: a form of relaxed concentration on the here and now that can produce profound peace of mind and serenity. Shinzen Young, a western Buddhist and author of 'Break Through Pain', describes how mindfulness can reduce physical and mental suffering to zero through mindfulness techniques. He talks about how Extraordinary Happiness is not about avoiding pain, but by disolving pain with so much mindfulness it effectively divides the pain away to nothing. Wow, after all the hell I've been through it sounds just incredible. I hope one day I can relax enough to try advanced mindfulness techniques. I also believe such happpiness will rewire and repair the brain and help overcome PSSD. If you're interested here's the link to his video.
