With regards to a quality product, a short shelf life would be a good thing

(little processing). Concerning TT's VCO, I still have jars going on 3

years with no noticeable degradation.

But the REAL question is why do you still have any left in ANY sized

jar after three years? LOL.

I didnt like the flavor of Spectrum Naturals AT ALL. Hoping the

Wilderness Famy Naturals is better...Its certainly more affordable...
