Guest guest
I know how much all of you hate my posts so before I say anything this post isn't directed at anybody in particular. I've been thinking a lot lately about life. PSSD has caused me to analyze the world. Maybe I shouldn't say world. Maybe I've analyzed myself as a human. In this world very little can be said for certain, very few things are definite. Obviously humans have logic and reason to make conclusions about our surroundings and therefore every human has a different concept of reality. I believe humans lie to themselves every second of every day while simultaneously knowing the absolute truth. That is to say every single human is delusional. Let me give you an example of what I mean. Some people are religious. Some people " believe " in full faith that god will save their souls. Don't you see all those crying faces at funerals though? This brings me to my point. People tell themselves that they believe in god. People tell themselves he exists despite every instinct not to believe in him, there is zero conclusive evidence for his existence. Lets just assume that these people genuinely do believe in him. So why then are these people sad at funerals? Shouldn't they rejoice that their relative is now in the presence of god? Could it be that in reality these people know that there is no god and that they will never see this loved one again? Could it be that these people know deep in their heart how ridiculous religion is and that an after life simply does not exist? That is my belief. People will lie to themselves to cope with this world because this world fundamentally sucks. So since we all are delusional where do we draw the line of insanity? Who has a right to call anyone crazy in this fucked up place we live in? What is normal? Why were we psychotic or crazy? The truth is we were none of what society called us. The truth is we were just different from society. The truth is society WAS against us despite their claims to the contrary. The truth is you knew the truth all along and it was society's denial of your reality that made you sad or angry or psychotic or suicidal. So what about this world? What do we know about this world? Not very much. All a man really knows is what he wants. Since that is all a man knows then his wants should become the primary measure of what this world is. A man wants food, water, shelter, love, friendship, etc. As humans we have a limited time here on earth and we have only a limited say in the world that succeeds our lifetimes. The beauty of life is that every living creature can produce offspring to carry on this miracle. Using logic, man can determine the next progressive step in human evolution by carefully selecting a mate. We can only hope that the negative traits will be weeded out or at least isolated. This is the absolute truth of the world we live in.
