Has anyone taken the ELISA pin prick at home allergy

test from York Labs? I am wondering how valid it is,

anyone know or had good results with it. I know that

it tests IGg food intolerances, but I wonder how

reliable it is, thanks, Juli

I've heard very good things about it. A number of people over at GFCFNN

have used it.

I have had all but 1 member of our family tested using York's IgA and IgG

testing panels. As far as I can tell, their testing was accurate. I had

noticed some symptomatic responses to the foods they isolated as being

problematic, but I had missed others that they noted. We've been following

their avoidance recommendations, and of course, eating NT style as well, since

mid-May. I have noticed some significant improvement in our GI symptoms, as

well as my son's ADHD symptoms. We are not done with the healing process, but

I believe we are getting there. If you're interested in pursuing this further,

you might join the Gluten-Free, Casein-Free, Native Nutrition group. Any

questions you have on the subject of food intolerances would be very welcome

there, and met by much experience in other members.

Thank you Rebekah, my son has some ADHD issues too! I

cannot wait to test both of us! I ordered the tests

and look forward to proceeding. I joined that other

group, thank you, Juli

In our experience, spot on. And a darn sight less expensive than the 30

IgE foods that the allergist tested for.....
