I have heard that Opti is VLCD and will cause that mood problem - I am pretty sure I was the same, an absolute devil when I was on it. I have just got my next delivery of Tony Fergusons soups to get me Hawaii ready for July... here is hoping I will be at goal and ready to get some fill out so I can go over there and have a good time!
