Guest guest
, your message came out garbled but I think you were asking about orthostatic intolerance and low bp. I have what is called Orthostatic Hypotension. I think it means that I have low bp and that when I stand from sitting or laying down I kind of black out. I can usually catch it by grabbing hold of something and throwing my head down between my knees to get blood to my brain. I've only had 2 incidences that were really scary. I'm good enough at detecting it now so that I don't ever faint. I don't get nausea and though I call it getting dizzy, it is not vertigo or merry-go-round kind of dizzy, it is more of a pre-faint if that makes sense. I try to eat alot of salt to raise my BP and stay hydrated. That is all I know to do. English
