It's caused by bile from a ruptured gall bladder.

BRIGHT green.

Does anyone know what this is and if it is OK to eat it? THANKS!

It probably tastes great with bacon and onions :-) Seriously, I'm not

exactly sure if it's ok to eat, but I recently gave my dogs some chicken livers

that were stained bright green (it doesn't even rinse off). Not only did they

eat their grub (bile tastes extremely bitter) but they both survived :-)

and the K9's
