Guest guest
I've been using this product with very good results. Batches are very consistent during the fermentation process and time is really reduced compared to spontanious fermentation. Is there more benefitial bacteria in this culture then can be gotten from natural fermentation? Is anyone out there using this? Even Donna Gates says her own starter is unecessary, just helps make things more foolproof. Have you tried using whey? B.
