Celtic sea salt = Sel de Guérande or Sel à Pradel...

Not sure about CO... a lot will depend on which part of France you're moving

to... what other tips are you looking for?

I'll be in the far south-east, near Nice. I kind of sent that note on

a whim, so I'm not sure really what else I'm looking for, haha.

It's a lot closer to the source of cod liver oil, so maybe you know of

someone who sells the good high-vitamin stuff on the continent or

thereabouts?

I see someone else responded that Tropical Traditions has a European

supplier. Thanks for that.

Near Nice... I'm green with envy :-)... you should have no problem sourcing lots

of wonderful local produce in local markets... there will be a local

'health-food'-shop' or even a co-op where you could get supplements and such

like... I'm more familiar with the Corbières area in the south but the general

spirit of things should be similar...
