Be sure to hit up all the artisnal shops. Ask the store keepers which goods are " cru " (Raw), " artisnale " (artisan made), " bio " (more like our biodynamic), and " sans chemi " (w/o chemicals/additives). Much of their agriculture is more like our organic. Much of their " bio " is more like our biodynamic. Also--go for " AOC " products. They are the peak of quality standard in France.
