I wouldn't call it _fatal_, but it is very crummy. Oxide forms of minerals

are extremely poorly absorbed and tend to irritate the gut and even cause

diarrhea. Companies use them because they're dirt cheap.

I use Dr. Schmid's because it's the least-compromised and has the best

source of calcium I know of (organic grass-fed bone from NZ). But I wish

to god he'd get rid of the magnesium oxide and either leave it out entirely

or replace it with glycinate or taurate.
