So that one is out, LOL. I wouldn't call it _fatal_, but it is very crummy. Oxide forms of minerals are extremely poorly absorbed and tend to irritate the gut and even cause diarrhea. I use Dr. Schmid's because it's the least-compromised and has the best source of calcium I know of (organic grass-fed bone from NZ).
