Guest guest
Suddenly he appears, through the swirling smoke on the stage at the front of the crowded concert hall, red hunting cap jammed firmly down on his head, Stratocaster in hand... it's him: Ozzie Fudd, The Rabbit Slayer! The backbeat begins, his arm whirls through the air, blasting the chords from his guitar as he begins to sing: " I'm a Wabbit Swayuh, a guitah pwayuh, Wif a nasty habit -- kill the wabbit! Kill the wabbit, kill the wabbit, kill the wabbit, kill the wabbit... I'm a mean mistweatuh, a wabbit feastuh, And I pwedict a bwoody Eastuh! Kill the wabbit, kill the wabbit, kill the wabbit, kill the wabbit... " The crowd goes wild. ;-) Sorry, folks, something about this subject line provoked memories of one of 98 Rock's old " twisted tunes, " from my mis-spent youth. :-) Now back to your regularly-scheduled subject line! B-) Tom P.S. On a more serious note, I do know that you should never eat *only* rabbit, if you can possibly help it. There are stories abounding in the North Country about people dying of " rabbit starvation. " Apparently they are *so* lean that you can literally die if that's all you have available to eat, even eating so many of 'em that your stomach is bloated... charming picture, eh? ;-) At 10:48 AM -0600 2/7/05, Deanna wrote: > >Which fortunately is mostly >>screened by a bramble patch populated by various small bird colonies and a >>rabbit, which is why Da Boy is sharing that prime hunting ground with some >>sort of smallish hawk. >> >> >> >>MFJ >> >Hey, I am glad you are well. Eat the rabbit. Although I have to say that Da Boy doesn't particularly like rabbit meat. Which is why *that* one is still alive. MFJ Once, poets were magicians. In my vet's office, I was reading that pet rabbits should be vaccinated for the calicivirus because they can contract it from eating the grass that other infected rabbits have been on. Is calicivirus a problem for humans consuming the rabbit meat? -- Cheers, Tas'. " Give it to us raw and wrrrrrrrrriggling " - Smeagol, LOTR.
