Well, you men out there have already been told to eat more tomatoes.

Now add garlic, shallots, and onions to the list. Men who eat more

than a third of an ounce a day of these or other veggies in what's

called the allium family are about 50% less likely to have prostate

cancer than those who don't, according to the National Cancer

Institute.
