Guest guest
So I finally got around to getting my testosterone and prolactin levels checked. Testosterone came out to be 338, and my doc says that is normal but I did some research and think this is actually quite low for someone who is 26. I also found the journal article below by a doctor addressing the fact that doctors will often call levels like 338 " normal " even though treatment could cause improvement. http://jcem.endojournals.org/cgi/content/full/92/2/416 My prolactin was 5.0 which I was told is normal. That one did indeed appear more within the normal range. So has anyone had any success with testosterone replacement therapy? (I know this board screens out those who recover as they stop visiting the board but figured it doesn't hurt to ask) Are there any natural ways I could boost my testosterone effectively? I have also read brain fog and memory problems can occur in men with low testosterone, so maybe this is the cause of my problems. I would be happy if I could finally find the cause and fix it.
