Guest guest
Dear all, Someone was mentioning that they had to give up on green clay because of the perfume smell (I can't now find the post..) Green clay comes in two varieties - one for mud masks where they add perfume, and one for taking internally, where they don't. Sometimes health food shops will sell the perfumed stuff because it doesn't occur to them that their customers might *eat* it... You can get the unperfumed stuff in the UK from Nutricentre.com - or from the french argiletz site: http://www.argiletz.com/ Cheers, Kate
Guest guest
Neals Yard sells another type, should also be good (many swear by this one, dK saying it is not as good... ).. We used this one, I did on myself. Great stuff to begin with, really got my bowels going, nice gentle cleansing. I absolutely loved it. flat tummy and all. But after about 2 weeks it started having constipating effect!!!!! So beware. This is apparently not unusual. I tried it again about 2 months later, and again constipating. This is neal’s yard one, not sure if biopure would do the same. Anyone know where to get it? the biopure place is sold out I get very confused about clays and what's in them, this is the one Dr K suggests to mop up whatever it is that gets wiped out when you start using rizoles and whatsit, Quintessnce. Any ideas? x
Guest guest
Do you think I could get a similar effect using charcoal and oxypowder (like a charcoal flush). I'ts half term and if he's going to get side effects from Rizoles I'd rather I was with him and able to spring into action. See that Dr K also favours those foot baths - ionic are they called? MIght try that, I have one that I bought years ago. Makes a great party piece when people see the colour of their foot spa water. Bleaugh. Have never really pursued it with Tom as he was so fidgety the first time. > > > > > Neals Yard sells another type, should also be good (many swear by this one, > > dK saying it is not as good... )..
