After reading these Helicobacter pylori posts (thanks for posting 'em) I'm

wondering if the

" common blood test " for this isn't reliable. I had the test done, and it uses a

lab range

type of scale, so you can still have a number, but as long as it " isn't in

range " you're okay.

Does anyone know how accurate these blood tests for H. pylori are?

And if they aren't any good, then where can someone get tested using the tests

that DO

record the true condition of our guts on this?

According to the biochemical individuality, metabolic typing researchers

many test ranges used will produce a positive result if the person is

positive, for about 50% of the population. The other 50% are either lower or

higher and still positive. Seems, for example protein types and carb types,

the other 50% would require stomach pH at further extremes from middle to

digest their foods and to fight off H. pylori.
