We had a similar one where the neighbours left their dog, so we threw food over the fence and dug a hole to put a water bowl out for the 2 dogs... When the neighbours came back after 1 week, they got mad that we had done that. Those dogs were so noisy the entire time until we threw them food!! People are so unaware of their actions, cruel AND ungrateful! I have 2 dogs myself and one of those is a rescue dog who was abused by her previous owners (She is the one with the underbite in my photo albums on facebook) and I cannot understand people who do this type of thing... makes me mad! But I am also mad for you having to deal with the noise also!!
