Yes, nut flours (even almond flour) in moderation. One reason I use a

half cup of coconut oil to 6 cups almond flour in my almond bread/cake

recipe is to help balance the omega 6 and 3 ratio further... Don't

know if it helps..

BTW, the omega 6 oils (and nut flours) seem to me to be particularly

good in aiding :-) weight gain. Also, nut flours seem to have a lot

more fiber (?) than grain flours and so, with less than adequate

fluids in the body, they can sometimes clog one up when eaten to

excess. A little bit -- great. A lot -- pretty lousy...
