A number of years ago, I tried a number of behavior-type stuff I got out of eating disorder books and they never helped. I quit trying behavior-modification tricks, and had EFT categorized as that sort of thing. And sometimes I just don't know what to make of Mercola's stuff. But, you are one of the most skeptical people on this list, and if you think it actually works, it might be worth a try. Are the details on his site enough, or do I need a book?
