is normal. I looked at your picture, and I get stuff like that all the

time. As long as it's not fuzzy (that's mold) you're okay. The

'mushroom' can look lots of ways and colors: bumpy, bubbly, smooth,

rough, white, cream, brown, float, sink, hover in the middle... And,

like yours, it can get gross looking slimy things floating in it.

Those can even happen once your strain it and put it in the fridge. I

have to restrain mine sometimes before my son will drink it.
