ethics aside (?!), what success rate might you speculate in sneaking

this into someone's food?

Speaking of CoQ10 and organ meats...

Do you suspect that glandular supplements would contain CoQ10?

I don't know what it tastes like plain, but I don't see where the

ethical problem is with giving someone something that will improve

his health. If you're talking about the person I assume you're

talking about, he really needs as much extra CoQ10 as you can get

into him. The problem is that an ideal dose for someone like that

might be as high as a gram a day, which will get expensive fast even from BAC.

It would make sense that glands would contain it, so supplements

might depending on processing methods, but I'm not sure anyone's

tested any glands. I didn't see any on Chris's list at any rate.

Langsjoen noted numerous glands as rich in CoQ10 none of which were on

my list, but didn't give levels. My guess is that this information

comes from research outside of the comphrehensive surveys of food

levels I'm looking at.

I would expect the CoQ10 level in a glandular supplement to be

negligible, simply because the total amount of glands eaten in such a

supplement is very small.
