Guest guest Posted July 31, 2005 Report Share Posted July 31, 2005 Hi y'all I just picked up a pound of raw deer antler from the raw foods co-op. It's all, like, hairy and bloody. AV recommends skinning and grating one tablespoon/day as long as it lasts, which could be months. I wonder if I wouldn't be better off just making a broth out of it? Soliciting opinions. B.
