Guest guest Posted August 5, 2005 Report Share Posted August 5, 2005 I was reading that you shouldn't throw out juice from lacto-fermented veggies but use it in other things like sauces. I think I read it in the Grain and Salt Society catalog or newsletter. Anyway, they never gave any examples--what sauces or marinades? So, whaddya do with this yummy juice?
