If anyone loves to type, I'd love to see the meanings behind some of them. SCD-illegal has me stumped. (I did manage to figure out CO and CLO.) SCD stands for the Specific Carbohydrate Diet, a diet which is laid out in the book _Breaking the Vicious Cycle: Intestinal Health Through Diet_, by the late, great Elaine Gottschall. SCD-legal foods are those which are allowed on the diet, and SCD-illegal foods are those which aren't.
