Is anyone on a high protein diet to help get out of this mess? For the last

couple of months, I've made sure I get at least 100g of protein daily. I

accomplish this by supplementing with protein drinks(Muscle Milk, Myoplex) and I

make sure I have chicken, fish, or beef for dinner. It's done wonders for my

overall energy level. I frequently awaken with erections and my libido seems to

be improved.

I've also cut down on sugar a bit and take fish oil and arginine in addition to

a strong exercise regimen.
