From what you and have told me about the dairy situation out there, that sounds great! I know Amish guys that went organic only because their own health went down the tubes from being around and working the farms laden with the chemicals their fathers were using. Yeah, it's kind of sad, but Amish people have done their fair share of destroying the soil. Yes, I understand that Amish not = good but and the gang are very particular about sources so it's safe to say Amish = grass fed and organic and raw in this case. All your milk are belong to us! B.
