Nuts? From what you and have told me about the dairy situation out

there, that sounds great! Not that Amish automatically = high quality, but

it's an alternative to the crappy Claravale and OP stuff you can get in the

supermarket.

Transportation costs?

On the other hand, it's nice to see someone that realizes that Amish does

not mean squat in terms of quality. I know Amish guys that went organic

only because their own health went down the tubes from being around and

working the farms laden with the chemicals their fathers were using.

Everything connects. The universe is not THAT chaotic. Beauty can

still be found in the most amazing places.

I don't see why they'd be any worse with nearby Amish farmers than with the

Claravale and Organic Pastures stuff.

Yeah, it's kind of sad, but Amish people have done their fair share of

destroying the soil. Some of them, though, have really turned things around.

Clarification: Amish meant from Amish country, not " nearby Amish

farmers " , har, har, har, har--imagine!

Yes, I understand that Amish not = good but and the gang are

very particular about sources so it's safe to say Amish = grass fed

and organic and raw in this case.

All your milk are belong to us!
