We do the cinnamon and it's amazing! Not the least bit fishy at all. Steph
Guest guest
Blue Ice mint flavor doesn't taste fishy to me at all--I don't even have to chase it with anything.

So does my wife. I also do add a drop of certified organic rosemary essential oil to help preserve it even better. I know it already has some in it, but the more the mary-er. Guest guest
It is not cinnamon flavored, it is cassia flavored - a common substitute for real cinnamon. I was wondering why I had such trouble choking it down even when it didn't taste so fishy and it turns out I'm sensitive to cassia. Once I upped my dose it was making my tastebuds inflamed and my throat and ears raw. I remember as a kid having a reaction to a cinnamon candy cane but never had the same issue again until the fish oil. I don't eat much cinnamon and I guess I've been lucky enough to have the real stuff up till now. I went back down to a smaller dose and have not had further problems. I am looking forward to trying the mint when I'm done with this bottle. -Lana > What about flavored Blue Ice? We do the cinnamon and it's amazing! My husband has a bad tongue reaction to cinnamon flavored things as well. I wonder if his problem is cassia, too. I didn't know of such an issue before. They're pretty closely related... -
