Guest guest
There were times when the fatigue was bad, when I, litterally, found myself going around in circles, as I'd decide to do something in the kitchen, start in that direction, change my mind and turn towards the bedroom, change my mind again . . . I found a miraculous cure. Lie down. I'm often astonished how much clearer my thinking gets sometimes when I just lied down. I'm pretty sure that kind of confusion (for me) comes from NMH, and that lying down can cure it, sometimes even depression and hunger. -- pm66443 wrote: >Hi, Aylwin, > >I'd forgotten about the awful allergies I'd had as a child. What's weird is that almost everyone I know has sinus problems, hay fever, etc. and I don't!
