Guest guest
Interesting you should mention that. Friend of mine who has suffered from hypoglycemia for years, and has been fairly stable since I pointed her towards low carb and higher fat a few years ago, commented the other day " It's official. Stevia causes me blood sugar problems " . There is NO sweetener that she doesn't react to just like sugar. That reminded me, I read somewhere a few years ago, about how anything sweet causes the same reaction, regardless of calories, as it's the TASTE of sweetness that triggers the reaction. But can't remember where. Might even have been Yoru Body's Many Cries For water. Deb -----Original Message----- Here's the worst: I'm diabetic with (as most diabetics) a sweet tooth. Yesterday I found out that not even STEVIA is really safe....it drops sperm production, steviol can metabolize into a carcinogen, etc. GROAN www.users.en.com/jaquick
