Cin:

I do not know if it was this list as I am rather new here, but I get RL too.

I do seveal things, it does not cure, but does make it go away at the time

so I can sleep the rest of the night. First I take Vit C 2,000 mg a day,

and 800 IU of E. Next when it flares up, I get up and do exercises.

Stretching, leg thrusts, side leg lifts, anything to get the currulation

going. We also go a matress topper (one of the ones that holds your hand

print) and that has made a world of difference. I have gone from having it 3

to 4 times a week (before the topper) to 2x in the last 5 months. I hope

this helps some, we can talk more off list if you'd like.

, I believe that can be a side effect from menopause or hormone

issues.

Thanks Dedy, I will get my iron level checked out. I have already started

on a magnesium supplement and also a calcium supplement.

I started getting it when I would stay up late both in college and

when I was up late with a baby. I had it off and on until I quit

gluten. Haven't had it in about a year.
