I am enjoying it, and feel more energetic, but I am starting to become worried about parasites in the meat. I follow the instruction in NT and freeze the meat for 2 weeks before I use it. Are parasites something to be worried about. I would also be interested to hear other peoples experiences with eating raw meat. Thanks in advance.
