Guest guest
, Sorry it took so long to reply. My computer has been down and I just got it working again. My son has since decided not to go through with the clinical trial. He said yes you did have to sign a waiver. He said he really started thinking about the short and long term side effects and decided it wasn't worth it. Thanks again for your help. Don't they make you sign a liability waiver before starting the trial? Does he know what drug they are giving him? Has he researched the components of the drug? Also, has he enrolled in the trial for monetary reasons or to actually lose weight? If he wants to lose weight has he tried diet and lifestyle changes (like say the Atkins low-carb diet or a LC version of the NT diet)?
