Kefir vs Kombucha tea

What are the nutritional or experiential differences between kefir

and kombucha tea? Beside the obvious one of dairy vs tea?

If I make kefir " beer " with molasses and kombucha with molasses, the

difference will be mainly the flavorings, yes? And the bacteria.

So what are the advantages or disadvantages of each? Any

experiences??

My kombucha is going well and I'm waiting for kefir grains. Love

that slight fizz in the tea. I've used masala chai tea bags and

like the flavor better than just cheap plain tea.
