Guest guest
I'm going to try to answer all the replies with at once. He takes many supplements. He is a very tall, bulky almost 4 year old who weighs 55lbs. AM supplements are: 2 Super-Nu-Thera hypoallergenic capsules 1 teaspoon DHA (omega 3's) 1 probiotic (Kirkman Super Bio Gold) 1/4 teaspoon AFP peptazide (this is about 1/2 hr to 1 hr before the other supplements) Afternoon supplements 2 Super-Nu-Thera 1 teaspoon DHA 1/4 teaspoon enzymes Evening melatonin every other day he gets a b12 injection and as often as I can I try to get some iron in him. He doesn't like the taste so I'm lucky if I can get it in him 3 days a week. He is non verbal and won't take the supplements on his own, so I have to put them in his almond milk. I can't schedule my sleep around his, as I have a 1 year old and work 3 or 4 days a week in the a.m. As for the sugar, we try to limit sugar, he gets no dyes, but he does get carbs. He is GFCFSF, but eats a lot of rice flour. He is probably the pickiest eater out there. He'll only eat PB & J and chicken nuggets. All GFCFSF. I want to try the SCD, but am afraid he won't eat anything! He won't drink juice either.

Guest guest
The thing that annoys me the most is sleep deprivation. I can't sleep till 2-4, my sleep is weak, I have strange, unpleasant dreams and I wake up always too early and find it difficult to fall asleep again. I usually just get up because I feel terrible after the awakening. I tried arginine, but haven't noticed any improvement. Also took sometimes melatonine until I read here that it can also be harmful and it probably was. Is it common for PSSD or is there something more? Have you had a similar problem and managed to solve it somehow?
