Guest guest
I do not eat raw meet. However, pumpkin seeds " raw " only and raw garlic, like in hummus is the best for what you're doing. Both will eradicate parasties and bugs, etc. Caution: NEVER eat pumpkin seeds that have been " roasted " - they damage your heart. Only eat RAW pumpkin seeds. rmal7676 <nermal7676@...> wrote: Hey everyone. Recently, I have been eating raw steak and raw beef liver. I am enjoying it, and feel more energetic, but I am starting to become worried about parasites in the meat. I follow the instruction in NT and freeze the meat for 2 weeks before I use it. Are parasites something to be worried about. I would also be interested to hear other peoples experiences with eating raw meat. Thanks in advance. <HTML><!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC " -//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN " " http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd " ><BODY><FONT FACE= " monospace " SIZE= " 3 " > <B>IMPORTANT ADDRESSES</B> <UL> <LI><B><A HREF= " / " >NATIVE NUTRITION</A></B> online</LI> <LI><B><A HREF= " http://onibasu.com/ " >SEARCH</A></B> the entire message archive with Onibasu</LI> </UL></FONT> <PRE><FONT FACE= " monospace " SIZE= " 3 " ><B><A HREF= " mailto: -owner " >LIST OWNER:</A></B> Idol <B>MODERATORS:</B> Heidi Schuppenhauer Wanita Sears </FONT></PRE> </BODY> </HTML> ---------------------------------
Guest guest
, I believe pumpkin seeds should be soaked in salt water and dehydrated just like all other nuts and seeds to remove the anti-nutrients. >Only eat RAW pumpkin seeds.
Guest guest
Hi, i love raw grass fed ground beef more than cooked. i make steak tartare and to make it really easy, i just take the beef, add one or two egg yolks, a little salt (or not), some raw chopped onion (a must) and raw parsley if i have it (usually don't). it's really yummy. i love it on crackers, the scandinavian kind. or sometimes i'll just eat it by itself with a big glass raw milk. laura --- In , " nermal7676 " <nermal7676@y...> wrote: > Hey everyone. Guest guest
Ive been wondering about this. I actually do use raw pumpkin seeds right now, I grind them in a coffee grinder and add them to my vegetable juice. Ive been thinking i might be better off soaking and dehydrating them first. > , > > I believe pumpkin seeds should be soaked in salt water and dehydrated > just like all other nuts and seeds to remove the anti-nutrients. > > > > >Only eat RAW pumpkin seeds. I have been eating raw meat (beef, lamb, pork, buffalo, etc.) for over ten years. I never freeze before eating. I have not had any problems eating raw meat. I find that the meat is tastier if I " age " it in my frig by putting it on a plate and letting it sit for a week or two. I always buy " organic " meats.
