Guest guest
I've ordered from Northstar Bison before because they're somewhat local to me, but they are not certified organic, just antibiotic- and hormone-free. I did a quick Google search and didn't find much. I found Tiensvold Farms in S.D., which has been certified organic since 1992 but they feed grains. I found Wild Idea Buffalo Company, also in S.D., but they are listed only as grassfed. They boast about how they're helping restore the Great Plains with their grassfed and field-dressed bison, but I wonder why they're not certified and their slick website makes me a wee bit suspicious. Can anyone provide recommended online source for grassfed organic bison, or grassfed organic meat in general? TIA.
