CFS or depression?

How do you know if you have CFS or depression?

Go to a doctor who specializes in cfs - and get a dignoisis

Generally if you exercise if you have depression you feel better - if

you exerrcise with cfs - you wipe outl the next day - but I would get

a diagnosis and not from a gp but someone who knows what they are

doing
