Gerolsteiner has 347mg of calcium per liter, 108 mg magnesium, plus

miscellaneous other goodies, and when my mom was having heart problems, it

seemed to be very helpful, so it would seem that it might be a tolerable

mineral source. I think Pellegrino and Apollinaris have rather less, but

I'm not sure.

Soda, in contrast, may cause problems for bones because of its phosphoric

acid content (not to mention the sugar).
