Regarding carbonation: What about this " Kombucha wonder drink " ? It

is much fizzier than the GT brand. How does it become so fizzy? The

listed ingredients are: Filtered water, organic oolong tea, organic

cane sugar, natural pear flavoring, kombucha culture, organic raw

ginger juice (for the Asian Pear Ginger Blend).

Also, with 65 calories and 8 grams of sugar in it, is it really a

healthful drink?
