Question: I thought apricot kernals contained something really poisonous...I

don't remember what, arsenic or something, i wish i could remember. Also, apple

cores (the seeds) but in smaller amounts.

p.s. i hope i'm wrong.

I have been eating apricot kernels and apples seeds for years! The distinction

to be made here is that like most things in life, don't over do them. The

within the seed. Just like scurvy that killed thousands of sailors out to sea
